Colonel Red Racing

My uncle Jim is starting a racing company, named after his father and my grandfather.

The eagle is the symbol used on the US army Colonel insignia, so it seemed like a good place to start.

I like how the wing references the race flags that are waved at the finishing line. The classic sort of racing typeface feels very 40's-ish, which is fitting for a company named after Frank Hudson, who was a WWII vet.
